Brand-new ground-floor studio, located just 200 metres from the Residence, close to Valle Santa Felicita, designed to offer guests comfort, tranquillity and pleasant contact with nature. The apartment has a large, bright, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette featuring fridge with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, grill oven and microwave, kettle and espresso machine. The living area is completed by a comfortable lounge with sofa beds, ideal for relaxing after a day spent among nature and outdoor activities. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom with double bed (or two single beds on request), while the private bathroom is complete with shower, bidet, hairdryer and towel set. The living area opens onto a private garden with table and chairs, where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains, surrounded by the greenery of the beautiful Valle Santa Felicita, at the foot of Monte Grappa. Guests can also use the barbecue area and the solarium with sun loungers, perfect for moments of outdoor relaxation.
